About the artist

I was born and raised in the small town of Cassadaga, New York. In 2005 I received a BFA in Illustration, with a minor in Art History, from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY.

While my preferred style is semi-realistic oil painting, I work in a variety of styles and media. I enjoy using light and color to convey mood and emotion in my work.

While living in Winchester, my work was been shown at "Art at the Mill", Millwood, VA, The Shenandoah Arts Council, Salute Wine Market, Winchester, VA and First Night® Winchester.

Last summer I was featured on SynaVista′s Entertainment network in their “Artistic Type” series. The Series features artists across Northern Va working in their studios. Check out their website for more information.
